The year-end sprint
Six weeks on the thing you've been circling all year.
Six one-on-one sessions for senior leaders with ADHD, for the price of four. November 9 to December 18.
You know the one. The meeting that keeps going sideways. The work you delegate and then take back. The decision you've put off since spring because every option costs somebody something.
In the first session we pick one problem. Then we work it until it moves. Not a course, not a framework. Your problem, your org, your brain.
How it works
Every sprint
- $3,000, paid up front—six sessions for the price of a month
- Six 1-on-1 sessions over Zoom, one a week
- Asynchronous support between sessions
- Session recordings and transcripts
- Start by November 9, finish by December 18
Two ways to pay
- Learning and development budget. I invoice your company and give you a one-page summary for your manager. No diagnosis needed.
- FSA or HSA. With an ADHD diagnosis and a Letter of Medical Necessity from your doctor or therapist, coaching may be reimbursable. I'll give you the template and an itemized receipt.
- You can't claim the same sessions from both.
Questions
Who is the sprint for?
Senior leaders with ADHD—VPs, directors, founders—who can change how their work happens, not just how they cope with it. A formal diagnosis isn't required, unless you're paying from an FSA or HSA.
What if I don't know what my one problem is?
Most people arrive with three. The intro call and the first session are where we pick the one that moves the others.
Why does the FSA deadline matter?
An FSA covers only sessions held by your plan's deadline, usually December 31. Paying in December for January sessions doesn't count. The sprint ends December 18 for that reason. Ask your doctor or therapist for the letter now—it can take a couple of weeks.
What happens after six weeks?
You can stop. Or, if you want to keep going, coaching continues month to month in January.
